Master Class in Conflict Facilitation

Master Class in Conflict Facilitation

Working with conflict has always been a challenge.
Turn conflict into a doorway of possibilities that you know how to open.

The master class is designed for organizational leaders, coaches, group facilitators, and others whose roles require them to navigate complex human and organizational dynamics with responsibility and influence.

The course content is primarily drawn from Process Work, and is designed
for practical application to common patterns and dynamics in conflicts.
The course is constructed and delivered with trauma awareness, as well as appreciation
and respect for diversity of lived experience, communication and relationship styles.

Participants will learn how to apply Processwork attitudes and methods to common patterns
found in conflict, and developing their own individual styles in doing so.

Credit for the Master Class requires completion of both:
Level 1: Engaging with Conflict and Level 2: Facilitating Conflict.

The Master Class in Conflict Facilitation includes 50 hours of live instruction, 1:1 coaching hours,
and supervised practice in large and small groups.

Graduates of the Master Class in Conflict Facilitation will also recieve 60 credit hours towards the Certificate in Process Work from the Process Work Institute in Portland, USA.
