I entered the course in Authentic Facilitation with ideas of what I wanted to work on in my workplace leadership - we all have situations where we don’t know what to do or what to say! Through the process of our group’s work I learned more than I had anticipated. With a strong course outline and theoretical material, the mind-opening creative process that David guided us through in those three days was specific and relatable to each of our ways of working with people in our distinct workplaces, and was highly engaging with whole-self learning. Several months later, I am referring to my learnings to coach myself through challenging work place situations, and have heard positive feedback from staff I work with about how I handle those difficult situations, and handle myself in those times. I will be recommending this course be brought in by our professional development team in the coming year.
